National Education Examination Authority (NEEA) and ShiCC

"Facilitated by the Chinese Ministry of Education, National Education
Examination Authority (NEEA) introduced a new standard for English
language skills in China in 2000 - Public English Test System (PETS).
In this way it is convenient for potential students to determine their
Own English language level. By designing ESCC's English courses to
PETS standards the ESCC students can receive a recognized certificate
in China. ESCC's active promotion of PETS standards made ESCC one
of the largest providers of PETS exam candidates in China who take
the exam at one of the NEEA centres."
